UXSG Conference 2014 is a three-day event taking place from 1–3 October 2014 at The Star Performing Arts Centre.
This year’s conference theme is “Impact through Design”
We believe our practice needs to start looking towards “designing for outcome” than “deliverables”.
Design as a practice needs to have significant impact within the vertical industries as the backbone to drive the economy. As designers, we need to learn the mechanism and ecosystem of the industries to be effective in our work. Vice versa, we hope to encourage industry players to understand what design can do to improve their businesses.
We hope to hear your stories, challenges and dreams to grow the UX communities during the event!
User Experience Singapore (UXSG) is a user experience community that brings together UX professionals and enthusiasts in Singapore. Established since 2012, UXSG’s goals are to:
- Connect UX practitioners across all industries and design disciplines
- Strengthen UX competencies through the sharing of knowledge
- Promote the professional development and education of UX in Singapore
